Vudoo closed for business?

The real story... About a year ago we get bought out by Nomad Capitol who knows nothing about guns. They hire Jacob Herman to run the company. He's an arms dealer who knows nothing about running a production facility. He fires the original owners (Paul and Jill Parrot) who were supposed to stay on to run it. He's mostly absent, shows up a few days a month. Takes him about 9 months to ruin the company. Stopped paying vendors about 2 months ago. Comes in two weeks ago and says Vudoo is done....everyone pack your stuff and leave. A few days ago I hear he bought the company and is moving it to OK. No one is going with him. The Vudoo everyone knows is dead. All shady as heck. You're welcome to share this on forums...without my name."

Interesting and weird

Jeff

Another gun company destroyed by vulture capitalists? Cool.

What kind of people are running the place now?

If the information that Jefferson got from another forum is correct, having purchased what remains of VGW, Jacob Herman remains in charge. According to the information, he's not adept in the production department nor at paying suppliers.

Perhaps some of the VGW problems are related to its foray into the 1911 market.

I was hoping to do a VooDoo. Not sure what to make of their future.
There are three on the EE at the moment and one 360 in a Foundation stock. Member Pazzo has one that fully outfitted(kitted ,I Hate that description) with all the best components and some really nice extras. I have owned two and theyre a great firearm. Never seen one that wouldnt shoot exceptionally well. Mike Walkers a DOUCHE

Have you used or have experience with the Duece 2.0?

I’d agree with the original Duece. They took a bit of tweaking to feed and run right but I’ve seen a few on the line that when the owner took the time, they run good.

The Rim-X is a solid option that takes minimal adjustment. Mag height and basically done. I own and have ran one for three years of competition with little to no issues at all.

The videos and early reviews of the new Duece 2.0 looks very promising to promising to ignore! Should have one shortly to compare side by side with the Rim-X.
I have a deuce 2.0, runs flawless, very happy to have one.

The plot thickens…

So Vudoo is under new management and none of the key players that originally envisioned the company are involved anymore?
