VZ-24 rare?

I find a very hard to get hands on a matching VZ-24. Not very often in good condition in the exchange forum either. Any idea why. Are they so rare?

Not so much rare as desired. Many owners don;t want ot part with them

Not as rare as the Vz23.....

I was lucky to find Vz23 ("H" serial number), with all matching numbers including butt stock, with the butt disc stamped (41p-1188). It even has the original front sight hood and looks just like the one in Ball's book.
