Vz 58 - adaptor mag AR15

Hi every body
i install a mag AR-15 adaptator.
dry fire : good
i shoot with this gun this week for the first time (never shoot with the original mag)
i have a trouble on the ejection, the fired brass doesn’t eject every time, and the following cartridge try to engage. result : the bullet (of the following cartridge) move down in the brass..
i check the extractor, it seems correct, same thing to the ejector.

the mags are they too high in the magwell ? and in that case the mag stop the correct eject of the brass ?

Hi frogipsc,

I can't answer your question since I just got mine used at the local gun range here in Lachine this week
Another thing I noticed is that the bolt lock doesnt seem to work great on my MagWell adapter. Out of 8 magazines, the bolt lock only works with 2 of my aluminum mags.
Does yours work without any hiccup?

I will let you know if mine has problem with the ejection once I shoot it.

I would remove the adapter and try the vz mags.

I gave up with the adapter because of this problem. It's very picky with mags.
So I went back to the original mags.

Put 200 rounds on it today. No ammo problem.
The only hiccup was the older D&H mag failed to lock the bolt back. The 3 other and newer D&H mag didnt have any problem. Shot .223 PMC
