I've decided I'm going to give my AR15 magwell adapter a second chance. Before, the followers would jump over the last round bolt hold open tab which CSA and Zahal should seriously think about redesigning. What I'd like to know is what were the best AR15 magazines people have used with the Vz 58 AR15 magwell adapter. I'm going to order a bunch all in one shot so I don't want to end up with 10 magazines that don't work.

Also, if anyone has come up with an idea on how to extend the last round bolt hold open tab so that the magazine follower actually gets it, I'm all ears.
 
I just figured it out now how to fix the damn issue with the follower jumping over the last round bolt hold open tap. I took the tab out and bent it out. Now it catches every single time with lots of room to spare. Even my C-Product 10rd Lar-15 magazines are working and they never worked.
 
I tried that, it didn't work. I found as the plastic heats up it gets sticky, as a result I was getting double feeds and the mag was hard to get out, pulling the adapter with it. Best result was a healthy dose of silicone spray and non plastic tipped bullets. Too frustrating, ended up breaking 2 adapters and just going back to the stock cheap plastic mags.....then I sold it.
 
Okay so the first Photo is the catch removed showing how much I bent it. Its not much. It didn't take a lot to get it to work properly. I actually bent it more forward than this but hand to bend it back because when the bolt was closed with an inserted magazine, I couldn't open the bolt. So there seems to be a fine line there.



Then this picture is it in the gun showing how far I bent it away from the receiver. It use to be flush with the magazine well wall.



Then with a USGI magazine and a C-Products Magazine inserted.
