VZ-58 crane stock adapter

Does the crane stock (M4 style) adaptor available from Infratek mount the stock tube parallel to the bore, or does it drop at an angle like the original stock?

I ask, because, since I have an optic on the gun, I want a higher cheekweld. Will this do it?

right on finally got to see a vz with the ar adapt.i have the same prob when laying prone i couldnt view my eotech with out putting my butt stock in a bad spot near my collar bone.glad i was told about this site.good stuff.oh thats gonna look so good on mine cant wait.

Thanks a lot for the pics and info. I have a red dot on there for good anyhow. Just wanted the higher comb. Who is best to get an AR stock from in Canada? I'm looking for an OD one.
 
VZ-58 Stock Adapter compatible with Valmet M-78?

I have seen several posts about the INFRATEK stock adapter for attaching the AR Rifle Stocks. I was wondering if this adapter could be used (or modified to fit) onto the Valmet M-78. Here is a link to an earlier post concerning Valmet rifles.

I think Questar might still have some Magpul CTR's in stock. I got mine from them, and it's a big step up from the RRA M4 style that I had on my AR previously. :dancingbanana:

Don't quote me on this, but I think that Magpul also makes a cheek piece that snaps onto the UBR stock in order to provide a higher comb. They warn that it will interfere with operation of the chargin handle in AR applications, but you're probably GTG to us it on a VZ.:cool:
 
I never had a problem with using the Iron Sight with the Straight AR15 tube and Stock.I do have a problem with the rear sight and the RAS system... The RAS system from VZ58.net sorry palinak, The top rail sits way to high and does not allow the rear sight to clear the RAS...

Pretty much a INFRATEK VZ58

RAS, Brake, Pistol Grip, Stock adapter was from them...
