Is anyone aware of a commercial shell deflector for the Vz.58? I bought an SKS shell deflector yesterday in the hopes that I could jerry-right it for the Vz.58 but that proved fruitless.
I'm looking for commercial because I really don't want to bubba up my rifle by making something up and then drilling/welding something onto the receiver. Ideally it would mount on the picatinny rail that the CSA sidemount system provides but I'd also live with something that attaches to the rear sight.
Lesson learned: 9.8-inch scopes will be hit by shells and they will rebound back into the breech.
