Not sure if this is what it is called, but that's prob what I would've called it...the top piece for the foregrip anyhow. I have a question. Changing furniture to wood, and the "piece" (see above) came without that pin that locks it to the receiver. Sooooo, I would assume I must use the pin from the original...NOW, how to get that little bastard out?? best guess would say "punch and hammer", but that kind of worries me, seems fairly brittle, don't want to sheer it. Anybody?

Is that the deal contact? So I have to bend one of the flanges that hold it in place, then swap out the actual fibre molded material with wood?? Hmmm, well, I was thinking that, but seemed to much bother.

no dont bend anything put the metal in a well padded vise use your fingers to turn the handguard 180 the guard is held by a springclip in the center it will pop out once out you will see how it was held in

So that's how! WOW! I always though to myself: I hope I never have to seperate the wood from the metal. It must be impossible"

I think there are different models of upper handguard.

For mine, NOTHING is rotating ANYWHERE without some serious metal cutting. It does NOT rotate out on mine.

Anyone else in the same boat?

Hey Clammy. Numrich arms is where I got mine. Rough, but workable.

Hey blade,

I checked out the numrich site (is it in New York?), and they didn't have any pics of the furniture, can you tell me which part numbers you got? I assume they're the ones listed as "wood... "? These are the numbers I think I want:

868030: handguard upper
868010: handguard lower
868160: pistol grip
868410: stock

Did you have any problem getting the parts form the USA?

Thanks!

Cheers!
