Just wondering what everyone has/suggests when it comes to aftermarket mag and bolt releases for the vz 58.
I have been looking at just getting the dlask mag release and skip the bolt release to save some cash. (http://dlaskarms.com/products/vz-58-cz858-extended-magazine-release)

I have also looked into the bc tactical mag and bolt release package which is a bit more pricey.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
Ben

I use the Dlask mag release and it does its job very good.

Have no use for the bolt release in the first place so its staying stock

second this mag release. Can easily hit it with my trigger hand.
tried the dlask mag release you mentioned didnt like it too much.
Sure its cool to do AK style mag changes but i prefer the corwin one because i can use the index finger of my trigger hand to activate it

I bought this one from the Czech Rep. works great so far, But I havent put many rounds through it yet.

I like my Zendl bolt and mag release combo. Mag changes are super quick! Push forward on the mag release with your trigger finger and smack the mag out with the new one. Rock in and hit the bolt release.

I went with this for an ambi-mag release, like it just fine...

Sticks out to the sides of the trigger guard, instead of below it. Comes down to personal preference, really - they all work.

Haven't spotted a bolt release I'm keen on yet.

I agree! I've tried many different ones. While I really like the dlask one it has a tendency to drop the mag if you have the rifle slung over your shoulder.
I've discovered using the corwin ambi with the new fab defense polymer mags if you drop the tip of the barrel just a bit past straight out and using trigger finger to hit mag release the mag will drop free.
I have the bolt release on another rifle. I'm so used to racking the bolt I forget to use it. Lol I wouldn't trade the mag change drop free of the ambi for a bolt release. But that's personal preference.
