VZ 58 parts and VZ858 interchangeable?

yes they are interchangeable. Some of the parts that are in the VZ are NOS 858 parts if I'm not mistaken. Theres no difference in them other then when they were made.

There is one very minor difference...The safety selector on the CZ 858 operates 180 degrees opposite of the one on the CSA VZ 58. Oh, and all of the CSA VZ 58 bolt carriers are tabbed now, so actually two very minor differences.

There are a few other differences, such as how the pins are kept in place. CSA VZ58 use C rings, while surplus rifles use a locking plate of sorts to capture the pin.
