VZ 58 Question

Hi, if you were to take off the telescoping stock and buffer tube on the VZ58 and put on either the CZ folding stock or wood furniture stock, would you need an adapter plate?

They are all interchangeable with the right length bolt. Bolt from AR stock adapter will work with original folder. The polymer stock has a different length bolt than the beaver barf stock. So if you're buying either of those used make sure they come with bolt. Most other aftermarket stocks come with proper bolt for that stock.
With beaver barf and wood stocks there is a little metal piece that holds stock in position. Beaver barf should come with all mounting hardware or don't buy. Aftermarket wood will require that piece of metal that goes on front end of stock. When I bought wood for mine that came with polymer stock which doesn't use that piece I ended up buying a complete beaver barf set to get the mounting hardware. Hope this helps

Yes it does. I did the same and bought another set of beaver barf just to have the proper hardware.
