VZ 58 Question.

Acquired this VZ 58 from a fellow CGNer some time back. Im no expert on the platform so bear with the ignorance.
Up until now Im trying to get this side rail on the gun. It slides on the bracket fine but what the heck secures it from sliding?
The 3 allen screws overlap not securing the rail.

Mount Easily Slides on to Side Mount Rail and Clamps down With Three Allen Style Screws for a Secure Mounting Base

tighten the screws.

I did just that but the rail still slides. 3 the screws don't clamp on to anything.

You may want to ask your questions about your red rifle in the red rifles section too. More guys there with expertise on this stuff.

If it is still sliding... that means the allen screws arnt tightened enough..... IF there is a stopper (keeps the mount from sliding under recoil) on that mount; it should be located on the rearward section. Looking possibly like this : the machined metal on the left in the picture..
