VZ-58 sight adjustment? TOOL?

ok guys help me out where and and how much do they cost to get

Doesn't exist. If you want to get the front sight drum to move you gotta pound the living daylights out of it with a hammer, punch and a vice. After you get it loosened up you might be able to get away with an SKS tool.

I adjusted mine with an SKS tool back when I first got it, and haven't touched it since. Don't remember having any particular problems, and it seems to have done the job.

You're a very lucky guy! You're the only person I've heard who hasn't had a very stiff front sight drum.
