VZ 58 Stock (Idea)

Anyone into metal working? Access to a shop? Wonder if something like this could be made cheap? As a fixed stock though.

New furniture for the VZ58 would be gravy, I'm not a fan of the current stuff. It looks and feels like chipboard.

Black plastic or good wood would be awesome.

Well, AK pistol grips fit perfect on them, The original grips looks like they were made for wee people hands.

I thought an AK grip would look good on the CZ/VZ, but after putting one on I wasn't impressed. I never liked the original.....but now I do.

Thats strange...I thought with your AK stock an AK grip would look pretty good.

That's because there is no finish at all. The best wood in the world also looks and feels bad until it's finished.

I made it. It's an inch longer and 1/4 thicker except for thumb rests. I haven't decided on finish.

Watch this video and take a close look at the stock from the 43s point on. The OKO boys seem to have put a full sized folding stock on that VZ58 of theirs. I knew I saw a folder somewhere.

Hmmm, that looks like a "Krinkov" stock, might be able to work something out with that. Come to think of it might be cool to make a "Krinkov" look alike with a '58. Short barrel, big compensator, folding stock. Very interesting.

for my vz-cz me and my fabricatior/welder are in the works on one. I think i can make it in two models folding and none folding just wondering if any one else is intristed in one?
