Waaay out west.
The trigger pin locking plate on my rifle keeps popping up after a few rounds. If I don't watch it, the trigger pin backs out, the bolt hangs up and there's all kinds of damn problems.

I re-set it, and it pops back up. Anyone have a quick fix to keep it locked down?

Is there not a dent on the inside of the reciver that this sits in?

I am at work and cant look at mine. Take a look and see if there is crud filling the dent or that the end of the lock plate is fitting in propperly. You might just have to clean it out.

I just remeberd that I have a pic on line.

You can see the dent above the lock bar this pic is of in the unlocked poosition. You might also have to bend the pice that locks into the dent a little more.

no problem, I just happened to have them sitting around. Someone was having a similar issue a few months ago so I took some pics.

I opened it up and the curse of my CZH 2003 strikes again. I have a huge chunk of welded steel inside my receiver and it blocks access to the locking plate where it slots into the receiver. I did push it down hard with a screwdriver and it seems to have locked in but I've been fooled by this before.

I like Stevo's loc-tite idea. I need to buy some more anyway. S**t, you would think I own an (model deleted to prevent wailing and gnashing of teeth).:D
