I've been wondering...
How compatible are the .32 acp and .380 auto Vz Skorpions? ie Vz 61 and Vz 64
From their website: "The Vz64 was developed for the 9×17 Browning cartridge, also known as .380 ACP. It added compensator cuts to the barrel and used straight box magazines (the .32 models had curved mags). No changes to the mechanism were necessary"
ie: Can you take a .380 auto version and swap out barrel and magazine for the .32 acp versions and have a dual calibre Skorpion? or vice-versa and swap out the barrel and magazine on a .32 acp version for the .380 version?
It's pretty easy to get barrels and magazines in .32 acp for the Skorpion and also easier to get .380 auto skorpions than .32 acp versions.
Anyone tried? Thoughts?
