Vz/AK accessories compatibility

Hey all, I'm wondering if there are any AK or SKS accessories that are compatible with the Vz. Specifically, I'd like to know if aftermarket AK/SKS front (and for that matter, rear) sights would work on the Vz. I'd also like to know if the AK and the Vz have the same thread for flash hiders & muzzle brakes. The reason I ask is because there are a lot of AK accessories out there but very few for the Vz.

basically no, not compatible , not even the muzzle thread... not sure what sights you are talking about .

The front sight post threads into a drum. I was wondering if this thread was similar/identical to that of the AK which uses a similar system.
