VZ/ AK compatibility question?

Anyone wanna make an AKs-74 folding stock copy for the Vz?
Well you got me statred now Norseman!!! I got out an old AK stock I had for a project I never did and started widdleing. Right now I have the stock on my CZ but where the AK stock touches the rifle is a little too thick so i have to plain it down. If I get it done by tomorrow I'll post a pic.
Ok. Here it is. Right now fit and function are excelant. Two problems remain:
1.) The spot on the top of the AK butt stock where the Trunny is ancord is empty with the absence of the trunny tail. Solution: Get an AK Trunny, cut off the tail, screw it on and the CZ/VZ buttstock cap will hide the end anyway. Thing is, I HAD an AK Trunny but I sold it. Oh well, I'll have to look for another one when I get the cash.
2.) As you can see, the spots on the stock when I had to plain are bear wood. I have to stain them.
Now, Anyone know what kind of stain I should use to keep the "orangey" color?

If I had a pile of AK stocks around I'd do just that. It wasn't hard, But I did have to gut the inside of the stock cause the hole had to be drilled in an odd place. So this AK stock no longer has the ability to hold the SKS type kit....unless I modify it a bit more....
