Good news!! it only took 2 weeks for my ETC Slim Grips to arrive.
They fit my hands perfectly and the texture is just right. The bad news is that the bushings on my Trojan are about 1/16th too long. Since the Trojan came standard with thin wood grips, I didn't think that I would need the slim bushings and screws. Wrong!
From what I have read, replacing the bushings on an STI is not that simple and you could strip the threads on the frame. So is there somewhere in Vancouver that would sell me some slim bushings and install the grips while I wait?
If I thought that waiting for the my grips to arrive was hard, having the grips here and not being able to use them is even worse.
