Vz24 Question

I have a VZ24 that I got before the recent import batch. My rifle has the receiver ring scrubbed but it does not have the crossed swords of a post war Czech refurb. Any Ideas? What country did the refurbs on the new batch of rifles that we find in Canada?

The Kingdom of Romania bought a bunch before the Second Great Unpleasantness erupted. They were sold to quite a few countries, actually..... and most of them had their own markings.

You might be able to tell for sure from what markings are STILL on it. These often were unique to a particular country.

Someone is bound to know. I don't.
