VZ58 and a HK hook sling

So i have a vz58 and a HK sl8 with a sling with the HK hooks.

I wish to use the sling on both rifles and the vz has the metal loop on the forend
For a quick connection
But does anyone have any ideas to how i can quick connect to the
Butt stock using a hk hook?

I dont want to clip it to a plastic part when there is the metal re inforced hole
In the ATI butt stock

@ vince,i got a local welder to weld a metal hoop through the butt stock very carefully

will post a pic up for you

could also use paracord until you figure out a more permanent solution.

I try and use a cord but wasn't totally happy
With it hence i got the welded ring
