vz58 bolt lock numbers

I know these are similar to the Lee-Enfield concept of the bolt head number. When the head-space is lengthened from wear you install a longer locking piece. My question is do you install bolt lock with a larger, or smaller number?

I don't know, but I do know that the bolt markings are not for your barrel/receiver, rather they had to do with the original surplus barrel/receiver from which the parts were sourced by Century or Czechpoint. I don't think they are standardized and comparable across all VZ's , but I could be wrong.
