Hey Guys,
I was cycling my new csa VZ58 and she dry fired correctly a couple of days ago, however when i cocked the bolt tonight there was no click for the dry fire? Is this normal or is something already wrong with my new CSA VZ58....
Are you sure you just did not hear the click ? Try to get into the habit of sticking the end of the barrel in your ear before pulling the trigger.
There are other threads on this. Its the gremlin coming out. Sounds like the hammer did not release. Sometimes with the trigger group the trigger doesnt pull the sear to release the hammer. If you can confirm that the hammer is still cocked, take the pistol grip off and push that square nut in and take something hook shaped and pull down on the spring inside that goes to the sear, this will release the hammer usually. Or try pulling on the sear itself where it catches the hammer. Hope this helps you.

Well anyone that has one knows what i mean. I call it the hammer. I dont get all specific about every part. And does not matter if it is a csa or a cz they all have the same trigger and sear.
