Vz58 feeding issue

So just got an new VZ58 with an AR mag adopter but I can’t get it to chamber a round the magazine is locked in and even when the magazine is full the both release won’t go down. I tried with serval different mags( pmag, steel mag, Beowulf ) all without luck. Also something if the bolt does go the ammo just gets jam on the feeding ramp. Any tips on how I can fix it would be appreciated. Thanks
 
Try removing the bolt release? I bought a CSA in .223 with the mag adapter already installed and it doesn't have a bolt release. I get no hold open, but it functions fine.
