VZ58 Galil stock/Problems with israeli-weapons.com

Hi Guys,
I recently purchased a VZ58 adapter + galil stock from israeli-weapons (May 30th) and have still not received the item. Has anyone ever experienced any problems with them? Usually ive heard people getting their item within a few days (On their website it says it should take 2-3 days), but I have still not received anything. I sent them an email last week to see if there was anything holding it up or for a tracking number, but have gotten no response. I have e-mailed all of their e-mail addresses in a follow up email 2 days ago and have still not gotten a response. So should i file a (FRAUD ALERT) claim soon or still give them some time and has anyone else here had any problems with them? Sorry if this is not the right section, but they sell accessories for the red rifles.
 
Two weeks to Canada is not unusual.

You have to figure in Customs and Irritations looking at the package, sniffing it, x-raying it, opening it, finding the proper surchage category, charging the minimum handling fee, resealing it with that funky yellow federal tape, storing it in the basement of an abandoned federal building behind a door marked 'beware of leopard', re-discovering it, burying under peat moss, digging it out, and then finding someone who can do it all over again in the other official language, following which it will probably be returned to Isreal because the Canadian Union of Postal Employees has some policy to support the palestinians.
 
Probably seized by customs and deemed a prohib part, or just waiting to be released after they finish their fun with it.
Yes it has happened to me before, wait and pray is all I can add.
 
Im hoping its at worst customs as I have yet no confirmation or contact from israeli-weapons. And i expected any customs to be done quickly seeing as how its shipped EMS.
 
maybe it is outta stock and they had to order one themselves to get you yours, I say this cuz when I ordred the railed dustcover for my cz from them it didnt actually come from them. It was shipped straight out of the Czech Republic
 
Filed a (FRAUD ALERT) claim on friday and finally got a response from israeli-weapons this morning, supposedly they were on vacation/holidays. Its understandable, but I would have preferred some sort of note on their website or an automated e-mail or something. Either way I got a refund and now that they are back, I may purchase it again if its in stock and if they automatically send me the tracking number.
 
I ordered the basic pakage for my cz from zahal and it only took 10 days for it to hit my door step.....It was a looooong 10 days but definately worth it!
