vz58 muzzle brakes in stock anywhere?

They seem to be rarer than hen's teeth these days. I was going to suggest Corwin or Zahal, both of whom I deal with when it comes to Vz parts, and neither has any in stock (though in Zahal's case that's no surprise, they can be the Israeli version of Marstar some weeks).

Contact Corwin Arms -- they might still have some of the Czech Special Forces muzzle brakes. That's the one I use and I rather like it.

You would think this stuff wouldbe more readily available considering how many of those rifles are out there. I want the ak style slanted brake.

They suck. Good for pics only. Painful cheek slap. POI is changed. Worst one I have tried. Had it on my 11.8" with a wood stock for 10 painful rounds. Never did figure out where it was hitting it was so far off. It was horrible. Took it off put another one on. Sights were dead on. Way more comfortable to shoot. I've read on here that is does the same to the nonrestricted version.

Were you using the Dlask slant brake or the Corwin version? IIRC the dlask had massive over-compensation issues.

Trade Ex Canada just got a shipment of muzzle brakes in for 7.62 yesterday. They look like the ones from CSA so I put my order in this morning.
