VZ58 NEA Railed Barrel Clamp, Opinions?

Does the NEA Railed Barrel Clamp actually work?
I have a hard time believing it can support a Red dot sight and maintain zero the way it's mounted.

Anyone have one of these and can provide some insight?

Maybe someone could link me to a review as i cannot find any.

Yes, I've got one and mounted a TRS25 on it. I've not had any problems with the POI shifting.
