Vz58 scope mount Vz-102

Hello Just curious if anyone has any experience with the Vz-102 side rail for vz58? Can you remove the dust cover for cleaning with the rail installed and would you pick this over say a Rs regulate setup or?

Ok I've seen that one, it looks like a good solid mount. Just can't quick release it but it would never lose zero as long as the bolts stay tight.
