I took my new VZ58 Sporter (the one with the carbine stock) out to shoot the other day. I've changed the stock adaptor for a inline stock adaptor from Canada Ammo and put a Magpul CTR stock on. After about 200 rounds the bolt that held the stock adaptor to the lower receiver started to come loose. I am pretty sure i hand tightened that bolt during the install as tight as I could get it.

Anyone have similar isssues with a loosening bolt with the VZ? It must be all the recoil from shooting that made it come loose. Welcomine any experiences or handy advice to help this from preventing in the future.

Thanks in advance.

I assume you mean this bolt?

Mine has loctite on it. There's a lot of rattle and hum in that location. Recommend you add some.

Yes that bolt came so loose that I just unscrewed the castle nut and took out the buffer tube to shoot my last 50 rounds. I will find some locktite, hopefully that wont happen again. Thanks!
