Vz61 scorpion rifle or pistol?

I was under the impression that the vz61 is a rifle and not a pistol but I kept seeing them in the EE pistol section and labeled on websites as pistols, so are they rifles or pistols and did I miss my chances to own one with the ban in affect?

Regulations only call out handguns not restricteds in general. Go buy your M1 Carbine or whatever it will not be affected by the regulations change
