Cool, nice work on the sight. If it could be adjusted while on the barrel that would be even better! Or can it? I guess the fiber one you could since it's not threaded, what about the other? Just twist with fingers? Allen head on top?

I haven't got any of Josh's sights mounted yet, but I'll post lots of pics and results when I do. My shipment got lost by USPS and Josh promptly replaced it with no hassle. Great guy to deal with.
I did manage to get the sight tool the guy in the video is using. It's called an Elby's sight pusher and you can find it through a link on Josh's site. It works like a hot damn.

Hello,

It does come with an "adjusting tool" that is actually just a little piece of rubber hose. It does work. The new pin is about 0.060"/1.5mm after machining, and I've not found a way to give it an actual adjustment with a wrench. I suppose I could make a miniature SKS style wrench and machine the post to take it, but that would add cost.

I've wanted to experiment with maybe making an upgraded sight that will take SKS pins, but the cost may be prohibitive.

I've also prototyped a sight that has an eccentric pin like a CETME for windage adjustment, but again, for a $100 rifle the cost may be too much to pass on.

Regards,

Josh
