Never seen any loaded factory 9:mm wad cutters. You probably have to make it yourself.
Just seat your 9 mm bullets ass forwards and with acceptable length to the 9 mm col.
Whether it will feed depends on your pistol. Some semis will feed wad cutters some won't. Its for you tu find out
I have tried full wadcutters in 9mm (CZ 75, SPO1) with no success.
Limited case capacity, and feed ramp angles being the two biggest problems.
SWC designs will work with different amounts of tuning with different guns.
The only semi auto I know of that feeds any type of WC is the S&W 52 in .38 SPL. I believe it was specifically built to do so.
Otherwise, you might have to widen and shallow the feed ramp and throat the barrel more than usual to reliably feed 9mm and .40 WCs. The feed angle of most semis isn’t conducive to the sharp edges of a WC round. The cost may be prohibitive or you may need two barrels. Really don’t know.
There is no commercial WC ammo for either caliber. The closest is the truncated cone rounds but these leave the same ragged holes as FMJs.
I do a lot of hand loading and only had good results SW's in 45 ACP and 10mm. All my 9mm's like a round nose bullet with the exception of my P226 with a heavy spring in it.
