Waiting period for license

Hey guys,

I'm just wondering if anyone can let me know approximately how long it takes to get approved for PAL/RPAL after my interview and my references have completed their interviews?

The interviews were all completed on the 17th. Is it near the end of the process? Or do I have much more waiting?

i was approved after 12 days...

but i still have to wait another 16 for the 28 day period to be over..
they got it on the 4th of feb, and on the 16th i was approved
 
Hey, welcome to the circus,

If i look at my own experience and the experience of others, i'd say some have horror stories and some have had a lot of luck when it comes to waiting period for licenses and/or registration. It really depends, no one can tell you with any certainty what its going to be like for YOUR license. Lots of variables....

My advice?

Don't wait after anything, just go about your life and it'll get there when it does. I know, its hard when you're excited about something (and its probably not what you want to hear), but its the best way to avoid frustration.

if it can be any comfort, since you had your interview, this means no info was missing in your paperwork, so it shouldn't be that much longer before you get your answer. The interviews are the last steps normally. But there are still variables to consider, like the fact that all licensesgo in the mail only once a week, so if you're approved on on a tuesday and the mail left their offices on that day, thats another week before it goes in the mail, and another couple days after that before it reaches your door.
 
I had my interview the 2 days after I mailed it in I did call the check to see if they had it and the lady did it on the spot did the interview said since I have you and had to find your application might as well do it now.. I had mine 1.5 weeks later... called my referances and told them to answer the phone they all did it.

All it cost me was 20 bucks to get next day priority mail..

I never seem to have to wait for anything for some reason.. Longest transfer I had to wait for was 3 days.. man that was slow I called so many times while waiting is it done yet no why not... how about now.. ect now my paper work is done almost instantly.. go figure..
