Walther customer service?

Anyone have any experience with Walther's customer service?
I've haven't had much luck finding any info about their service in Canada and I've got a PPQ pistol that I might need to have some work repair work done.

Could you share what's wrong with your gun?

There's a series of dings or chips in the slide rail. Not really sure what caused it..best guess is the slide traveling over the rail gouged them out.
They are too small for me to get a clear picture
