Hey guys,

Just wondering if there are fans/ collectors of the walther Kkj rifles. I have one in 22lr that I will be bringing back to Canada next time I fly from South Africa. It's being held with a dealer in safe keeping.
I know they have a huge following in the USA.

Lovely rifle, shoots well, although not the best trigger.

I love mine. I have the two stage trigger and it works for me. The only gripe I have is that it does not shoot as well as my CIL 310 (1416 Annie?) I think it should

I also have the 2 stage military type trigger.
I'm lucky to have 2 fully functioning magazines.
Mine is a strange version though, butt plate and grip plate appear to be ivory. My father bought it that way in the the 70's in south Africa. Not sure who did it, but it's really well done, looks factory. As well as being threaded for a silencer with a perfectly matched thread cap. I'll have to leave the silencer in south Africa when I bring the rifle over

I love vintage 22lr sporters, the kkj is one of my favorites. I love the balance and the way it comes to the shoulder. I had my trigger worked on and it is now very nice. Do wish I had a couple extra mags though.

better check with customs about the ivory parts , any reason to seize a firearm is a good one in there books.

Mine shoots quite well, but I find it a little more picky about ammo than some of my other rifles. I would love to fine one with DST's.
