I saw these flash hiders for the Wlather P22 and was wondering if puting one on the pistol rather than that annoying weight peice that comes with it still make it restricted rather then prohibited. I think the Flash hider is much much better looking then the stock front extender peice.

If it is, does anybody know if any Canadian dealers have any? They go for around 35$ US in the States.
 
How does it attach? The RIFLED barrel has to be longer than 105mm. Length of the gun doesn't matter. How long is the barrel on the restricted P22? Does the flash hider attach to a restricted P22 or the prohib one?

There is a threaded barrel shroud that covers the real barrel.

It comes with a weird thread protector that keeps the shroud covering the internal barrel, unscrew that, screw on the flash hider.
