Walther P99 being discontinued after a final run.

Look like P99 will be no more.

It was one of my favorite of the polymer striker guns. I was able to get a Gen 1 and a Gen 3 a few years before the Handgun Freeze of 2022.

Definitely one of my favourite polymers. I'm glad I kept my Gen 1. I like the utility of the different trigger modes. In SA, it is still one of the best triggers today.

Yeah, I picked up a .40 a few years ago after going back and forth forever on getting one or not. I’m glad I did pick it up—it’s got a pretty good trigger and is a real fun-to-shoot gun.

My p99 is still my favorite striker fired gun, iam surprised they went with the gen 1 slide release.

It wasn't a top seller anymore with the PPQ and PDP in the Walther line up. It's time had come. My Gen 2 P99 is still going strong after 16+ years and about 8000 rounds. Used it for my Black Badge course too.
