Looks okay. But thier mud/ice/dirt exposure are pretty laughable and not up to NATO standard testing.
I wonder why Walther could not interest the GSG-9 or the SAS in this product test??
Perhaps they wanted thier very own special forces evaluation script that the Walther exect's frowned upon??

This is no afront to the Hellenic Forces BTW. This is my own jab at Walther. Walther should just stick to PPKs & .22 match rifles IMO.

Oh I forgot! Walther is now owned by a large multi-national that gets it's background from building plastic and aluminum airguns. ;)

GSG and SAS are not walthers R&D cell, only units that are interested in upgrading their fleet do trails "its a money thing" the PPQ is a great gun but not better then any other new gen combat pistol

The Greek SF LMA0! I could single handidly defeat them I would not even bring a gun just a sheep decoy;);) Or throw a BBQ or just bring my Greek friends mom she is a maniac with a Glock;):) a case of Dippity Doo and shiny gold trinkets will also easily defeat the Greek.

Are you implying they would make sweet love to sheep?

Is the current inventory the european style mag release or american. I prefer the european and really want to have a go at that trigger I've heard so much about.

Hey now, I am Greek and resemble these remarks.

Odd that someone put in the half-assed effort to 'obscure' the identity of the soldiers with a piss-poor pixelization of the head. Blurred for your protection?

I myself and just pointing out that the Walther script sure appears a tad bit amatuer, when these special forces soldiers are using 'redneck technology' (the cooler and buried in the cat litter) tricks, while trying to make thier product appear top drawer in the hot mediterranean environment.

does anyone else here get this same impression?

Edit: If this continues to stand as an official representation from Walther advert' deptartment, it's very telling of thier current senior management IMO.

Are these available in canada?

(I'll help this guy out)

Yes. They are available from Canada Ammo. One of our forum sponsors. Click this link for Canada Ammo's Walther page, the pistol and ammo deal that members are talking about in this thread is on this page:

I thought that video was meant to be funny, are you saying this was the their official testing? then lol
anyhow, I was on a few American forums and everyone is recommending PPQ, for a better ergonomics and trigger,
I was thinking of getting a glock at first because it's cheaper, then I thought about adding a trigger then pricing became close to a PPQ,
then I saw this deal on CANAM, I knew right away that I had to grab it.

I think it has the european, judging by the product pic on canada ammo's web page, I too prefer the european style.

I think I might just have to join you on this deal. It really is a great price. Little hesitant about the ammunition though. Anybody have a history with this stuff and how it worked for them?
I think there is tread on here some where saying the ammo is pretty good.
