Wanstalls: Ruger Precision Rifle Enhanced .308 Win.

That's a nice rifle...wow. I've shot one of these in 6.5, hard not to want one. I'm a dreamer...but if this gun was available in 20TAC I'd literally order one today. I'm not sure even a .204R is in the works..

I really wish this rifle came in 300 win mag.

Wait till shotshow, usually the standard with new precision rifles is to start out with the short action and release the magnum a year or two later.

I'm betting this shotshow they'll show off the long action version in 300 win mag, 7mm and possibly another cartridge. I have no insider knowledge, but ruger has been pretty predictable with their product releases the past couple years.

A nice looking rifle and something i was interested in when it first came out. Our crappy dollar at the time didnt help the retailers with pricing, but now the allure of the RPR being a cheap entry level precision rifle is fading away as it closes in on the $2000 mark.

The Ruger presicion enhanced rifle has msrp of $1599 USD. That is over $2000 CAD...but the retailers are selling for $1750.

Nice rifle, they really improved on some details quickly; making it harder and harder to say no to of of these...

It's going to be difficult trying to decide between one of your FN FNAR's or this RPR-E for reaching out a little (or should I say, a lot) farther.;)

Cheers D
