Im looking to buy an EBR stock for my m14, please let me know if you have one for sale, or if you know where I can find one. Thanks

I got in contact with the Sage Intl marketing department and they said no exports to canada until Q4 2011 "due to the high volume of military contracts".
I was very sad. Then I met JAE. I was happy again.

How long is the wait usually for the EBR??? i feel like i have been waiting for a year now... tho it's only been like 10 months since i ordered it! :(
While your waiting, use the time to try and figure out how you want to mount a scope. the SAGE DCSB mounts are near impossible to locate around Canada, also, the "Stripper Clip Sight Base" is hard to find.

Which leaves the Sadlak and Smith scope mounts, they are traditional and mount to the side of your M14's receiver. But they also hit the top of the SAGE's handguard rails. Which means you'll have to grind/cut away a section of top-rail from your SAGE. Once you do that their is no going back, it will essentially make the "Sage DCSB" and "stripper clip sight base" useless, not like you'd find those parts anyway!!

The last Sage DCSB I found was from Fabsports over a year and a half ago. They aren't cheap either, but they really are the best way to mount a scope on the Sage EBR stock. Don't quote me, but I recall them being approx. $250.

Ok, here's a pic...are these about $1000 + tax in Canada? Anybody know the price?

I believe it was "Ab" or a user name like that who was the importer. Nugun sales rings a bell but I dunno for sure.
In a email some time ago when the first "bulk" import came in, he said he had export permits for another batch and sage mounts as well. No idea on the status of the remainder off his approved export but I thought he had mentioned a possible year wait. I'm working on kinda foggy memory LOL so don't quote me on any of that :D

As for EBR type stocks... Currently wrapping up the first hybrid aluminum/composite M14S-CQB with custom oprod guide similar to sage and akm. Have been at designing/prototyping this enhanced chassis stock for over 3 years. Will be rigorously testing over the next few months and possibly release the first ones to the public in the spring. :D
