Wanted: Tikka T3X CTR 6.5 CM with 24" bbl

Give Great North Precision in Kelowna a call. They had a CTR in 6.5 Creedmoor last time I was there but I can't remember if it was a 20" or 24".
 
I just picked up one from Prairie Gun Traders. It was the only place I could find one and their last one I believe.
I had emailed stoeger Canada and they had one in stock that any dealer could order, but they were in high demand and selling out quickly.
 
Thank you for the suggestion Overlander. I tried GNP in Kelowna and they had a 6.5 CM with 20" barrel in stock when we spoke a few days ago. They offered to order a 24" version for me but could state an expected date of arrival. I am hoping to find the rifle I want as soon as possible, but it seems the CTRs are in high demand.

Barton's Big Country replied to my email this morning and they have a 6.5 Creedmoor T3X CTR with 24" barrel in stock. I am placing my order for this rifle today.

Thanks for suggesting that I try Barton's, Airborn_69. I was starting to anticipate a long wait.
 
I had contacted Stoeger, the Tikka importer to ask about the 24" CTRs in 6.5 Creed. They advised a backlog of orders for Tikkas with an ETA of 3 to 6 months. So I'm feeling lucky to find exactly what I wanted.

I am registered for a couple of Rob Furlong's precision rifle courses this spring and will need to show up with a capable rifle. None of my hunting rifle/scope combos would have made the grade for serious long range shooting. I'll should be all set now!

Whip, try Barton's Big Country in Grande Prairie. As I was pleased to discover, they may have the rifle in stock even if none are displayed on their website catalog. Although it will be a few days until I receive my new rifle in the mail, I have been very happy with their excellent customer service so far.
