I'll have to hit my books tonight...
Western Field sold firearms made by other manufacturers...one I looked at recently was a semi, loaded through the stock and, at it's heart (memoery here...correct as reuired) was a mossberg 151c. I beleive Marlin also made firearms for them as well.
I have a bit 'o' reference material at home and, wiill double check this evening.

I was looking sooooooooo forward to hittin' my Numerich book and, cross refrencing your model in the "Store brand to manufacturer cross refrence"...
commming back as a know it all woulda made me feel cool!
...it's not there!

i)tube or magazine[go next]?
ii)load though stock or end 'o' tube?
Other possible markings n' numbers?

My conversion chart lists the gun as a model M087 which is the Stevens #87. State side worth under $100.
