Warne service on scope rings, just wow!!!

WOW! Their service is outstanding.

Just tried to mount my new scope with my new rings on my new gun.

As I was trying to adjust the scope in the rings I felt felt some grinding.

Took off the rings and found some metal shavings embedded in the powder coat. (see pics)

Sent them an email with pics to let them know and was contacted within an hour. Eventually ended up talking to the director of marketing/customer service. He offered to replace the scope with a better Vortex scope. Amazing, just amazing.

I turned down the offer as that was not the intent of me contacting them. I am returning my rings and getting a refund. He still wanted to do something for me so we agreed on a set of rings to replace the other ones.

Folks, this kind of service is rare so I had to let you guys know.

That's really decent of them. I've used their products in the past and have liked them. I'll keep this in mind the next time I need some rings. Thanks for posting this.

I have 4 or 5 pairs of warne rings/bases/rails, great product. Never needed warranty but damn they seem to be great at that too.
