I have seen and worked on some of the new Ruger receivers.
They came with oversized trigger pins (part B-5).
The trigger pin holes in the receiver are oversized also.
The difference between an old pin and a new one is about .001" to .0015".

I don't know if Ruger changed their specs or this is only for a limited batch.

The difference in pin diameter is not much, but if you try to use
a new pin in an old type receiver or in an aftermarket receiver,
if you will force it (especially if you use hammer or other type of violence or whatever),
you may damage the receiver.

Alternatively, if you use an old type pin in a new type receiver,
you may feel the trigger group being to slopy.

I don't know about the holes that accomodate these pins in the trigger group,
if they are oversized or what,
but the new fat trigger pin will fit an old trigger group without problems.
