I have a damascus drilling from the then region of Prussia. Some marks I found thier meaning.
Such as coat of arms of Prussia (eagle) is first proof. Second proof is this coat of arms followed by a crown over a capital U.
Another mark on water table is crown over capital W denotes a choked barrel.

Two marks as yet unknown is a capital number 9. Near it is a circle with: 8/1 fraction in the center.
