Waterdown Fall 2010 Airgun Show - Sat., Oct 23.....

Mark Saturday, Oct 23rd on your calendars, and be sure to come on out to the Waterdown Rod & Gun Club for the fall 2010 airgun show. Please stay tuned to this thread for more info on the show as it becomes available.

It is however, my sad duty to inform everyone, that due to circumstances beyond our control, there will be no shooting of airguns allowed at the show. Some of you will be fully aware of the reasons behind this unpleasant development, and those who are not, can PM me if you would like further details. Suffice to say, the problem is being addressed by CAFTA, and I'm sure that we all wish them success in their endeavours on behalf of Ontario airgunners.

We remain optimistic that future shows will once again include the shooting ranges, but for now we must accept the cards we were dealt. As a friend put it - "an airgun show with no shooting, is still better than no airgun show at all".

Hope to see everyone out on Oct 23rd in support of the show !!

Maybe off topic but what authority does this body have to tell you what you can or can not do at your private club..?

As noted above, by IDKJ, there will indeed be airguns for sale - new, old, vintage, antique - you just never know what will turn up.

I find that I am almost always in need of much more $$$ than I came with.....
