I will be holding a black badge course at the Waterford Sportsman Club on November 27, 28 and Dec 5. PM me if interested in taking this course

Haven't had one yet, but it's been 20 years so I'm probably due...why take any chances!
Besides it's a great series of drills for working on your skills.

Good point, so you are allowed to participate in a BB course if you already have a black badge I never thought of doing that :dancingbanana::dancingbanana:

Generally no. It tends to be disruptive to the new shooters. Especially if they are struggling to make the times and someone is doing it in half the available time...not exactly a morale booster!
I was just attempting some humor and pointing out that it is a great training experience.

I do a mini match with my BB course. i always invite seasoned shooters to it for two reasons. one to help the new shooters stratergize the stages and two for them to see how to work at an IPSC matches. the new shooters seems to like it and i think the best compliment i got was from a MD that said the nice things about my students is that when they arrive at a match they know what to look for , get their competitor number, score sheets and head out to their range.

Storm is right they do listen and generally do much better than the guys. They also make the guys pay better attention. My advice take the course you will become a better shooter and will have a ball

I was just at waterford tonight, and saw it up on the blackboard. I have been curious about getting involved in IPSC. How much is the course? and How long is it?
