Way to Go #8 Shot!!!

My good buddy and trapshooting partner shot his first 50 straight today at the Peterborough Trap Club.

Out of 4 rounds, he shot his 50 straight, a 24/25, and a 22/25 for a 96/100.

He has been at it for a whole 4 months, and is a new CGN as well.

Way to go bud!

Now I have to really bear down and practice!!! I can't let you win all of the awards

Congrats, but why #8 shot?
he probably would have run at least a 75 with #7.5

1oz of 8 shot works for me! I've had a number of 100's in singles and doubles but not in handicap. Handicap grrrr.....

I'm in the same boat for the cap... I've got a few 99s though.. I don't use the 1oz 8s for it though. Rhino buster 7.5s from the 27!

l shoot lots of trap & 8's are plenty enough to make big dark clouds of smoke out of any target! l prefer to shoot 7.5's in winter when the targets are harder to break but still shoot 8's also! Cheers & congrats to your friend on the great shooting!
