Took my Vanguard to a good gunsmith for some work, including tuning the trigger. He had no problem setting it up nice and crisp with no creep, at about 3 lbs. These are decent triggers, can't think of a reason to replace one, at least not for a hunting rifle.
That said, Howa (Vanguard maker) actions are quite popular, you should have no problems finding a Timney, or maybe a Shilen, for it. I'd check with reputable gunsmiths first, who will install and tune it properly for you.
