Have an old 23rd Edition Hodgdon manual. Lots of H450 data for both cartridges. What bullet weight?
No WC852 is surplus powder, supposedly used in .30 AP ammo. Sold, at one time, by Hodgdon as H414. H450 it ain't. Rumour has it that H414 data will do.

Don't listen to Sunray he doesn't know what he's talking about. It is military surplus powder sold by Higginsons about 8 years ago. Fine grained Ball powder.
I have used and still use this powder, It has a burn rate very close to H450, I use it in .270 Win with 130gr bullets and magnum primers I started at 54gr and found a real nice accurate load at 56gr with no pressure signs, YMMV.
