Just received my new Weatherby Mark XII in 17 HMR (bolt action).
Beautiful gun and I look forward to shooting it. The factory target looks great.
However, I am concerned with the trigger; two things: creep and over travel.
It seems to have a little more creep than what I'd expect from an Anschutz (64 action)-Weatherby partnership. The creep isn't rough or bumpy but there's a definite uptake of slack before the trigger breaks.
There's also a lot of over travel after the trigger breaks.
I am wondering if other Mark XXII owners/testers have noticed similar things with the trigger, if it's caused them any grief, and if they know of any fixes?
